Many companies have moved ahead with Online ordering services but due to the fact that many consumers still do not have access to the Internet or prefer to order merchandise offline, their orders come in the mail or over the phone.  While these companies are happy to accommodate these customers, their ordering information still needs to be entered into their electronic system for order fulfillment.

 

The Employer pays the ‘Contract Employee’ a basic wage, without having to pay into any pension fund, or tax system.  They do have to keep record of the wages paid, but are not responsible for any other costs involved with employees.  It is the individual Contract Employee who must declare this income, as it is not automatically done by the employer for them.  As no tax is deducted from the pay it is also up to the Contract worker to declare this income for tax purposes.

 

Professionalism is a must in this industry.  And being able to work from home is often a dream come true for many.  Many companies offer informational packages on the employment position, any educational requirements and wages.  Often times the rate of pay depends on the volume of work completed.
